Rum Raisins

Description

These pearls of fall goodness are great on yogurt or blended into muffins and French toast.


Ingredients

Scale

2 c raisins
½ c dark spiced rum
1 c water


Instructions

Place all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.  Remove from heat and let sit until cool.  Raisins will plump.  Pour all into a container and keep in refrigerator until ready to use.
